Remaining Balance charged prior to delivery

Delivery will be scheduled for late October / Early November

total cost includes $3.25/lb (Whole Hog) or $3.50 (half Hog) hanging weight. in addition to the per pound price, all orders will charged a butcher fee ($50/half $75/whole). custom cures, smokes and seasonings chosen below will be added to the total. Paid deposits will be applied to final balance.

All Smoked, Cured and Seasoning charges are direct pass thru from the processor

Any Smoked meat is charged 85 cents per pound, including bacon

Jerky is an additional $15/finished pound with 20 pound minimum

Snack Sticks are an additional $7/finished pound with 20 pound minimum

Summer Sausage is an additional $6/finished pound with 20 pound minimum

Ground Pork may be seasoned at an additional $1/finished pound with 20 pound minimum

Hot, Country, German, Italian, Greek, Maple, Herb, Bratwurst

All spices are made by Walton’s and are all natural
