Total price for your purchase will be determined by the size package price (a) multiplied by the total hanging weight pounds for your size share (b) plus $50 butcher fee.
Example 1: 600 pound hanging weight whole beef share would be $4.75 (whole beef share per pound price) X 600 (lbs) plus $50 (butcher fee. $4.75 X 600 + 50 = $2900
Example 2: 600 pound hanging weight 1/2 beef share would be $5.00 (1/2 share per lb) X 300 (half of 600 lbs) plus $50 (butcher fee). $5.00 X 300 + 50 = $1550
Example 3: 600 pound hanging weight 1/4 beef share would be $5.25 (1/4 share per lb) X 150 (1/4 of 600 lbs) plus $50 (butcher fee). $5.25 X 150 +50 = $837.50
Example 4: 600 pound hanging weight 1/8 beef share would be $5.50 (1/8 share per lb) X 75 (1/8 of 600 lbs) plus $50 (butcher fee). $5.50 X 75 + 50 = $462.50
These prices are all approximate and will be determined by final beef hanging weight. Any additional options chosen by whole and half orders will be added to this total as well.
there will be sales tax charged on all packages at the rate of 6.5%. All prices are without any delivery charge. delivery/pick-up will be arranged prior to processing.
There is a $100 deposit on all orders. This total will be subtracted from the final bill. You will be notified of the final billing amount prior to final billing.
The deposit requires a credit card for purchase. This is done here through the website and is managed by a third party bank. The card will stay on file and once the final hanging weight is entered and you have been notified, we will have the balance charged to the card through the online bank. There will be nothing more you will need to do on this charge. The card will no longer be kept on file after final billing.
You will be sent a second invoice for the $50 butcher fee, the total tax, any delivery fee that may apply and any specialty cuts or fees (halves and wholes only).
Both invoices must be paid in full prior to animal slaughter date.
