Each Basic package has two pounds of ground meat for cooking. (Hamburger, Beefalo, Turkey, Chicken or Pork) We can customize which proteins based on availability. You also receive a quality cut poultry item. This is typically Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast, Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs or Split Chicken Breast. Occassionally we may offer some samples of other poultry products like Turkey Thighs, Whole Chicken, or Chicken Wings. We keep the retail value consistent and fill the boxes based on availability of product. You always can customize your box yourself.
We include a pound of sausage each week. This can be country breakfast sausage, Pork Kielbasa, German Sausage, Maple Breakfast Sausage, or any of our great sausage lineup. We currently have 33 styles and flavors of sausages in our rotation and hope you can try them all.
We always include enough pork chops for two people. We have been known to throw four chops in a box if they are smaller. We have several styles of cuts and are excited to share them all with you.
The last, but certainly not least is a pound of deli ham. We work with our butcher to create a flavorful deli product that once you try, you will be hooked.

the highest quality grasses and legumes. All livestock have the opportunity to eat insects,
acorns and other natural goodies. We supplement with the highest quality, locally grown
and milled feed. It is our commitment to NEVER use hormones, steroids, antibiotics, raw milk or other
means to artificially accelerate growth.
You can be assured that the food you are feeding your
family has NEVER been exposed to insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers or
any chemical that could potentially make its way into the protein.
Our Beef and Beefalo are 100% Grass Fed and Grass Finished on a SALAD BAR of scientifically
formulated grasses and legumes to produce the best tasting, healthiest meat available. We then Dry Age the meat
to create an even more robust beef flavor.
